***Coaches must have completed the Foundation - level 3 course in order to attend*** This advanced certification focuses on developing high-level tumbling from Level 4 through elite “Worlds-level” skills. Coaches will gain a deep understanding of technique refinement, power development, advanced progressions, and safe skill acquisition for tumbling such as standing tucks, layouts, fulls, Double fulls, standing fulls, and specialty skills. The course emphasizes elite-level skill shaping, biomechanics, physics and common corrections to maximize performance while minimizing injury risk, preparing athletes for competitive success and progression at the highest levels. *Certification cost does not include Travel*
